About me

My friends describe me as someone who is a good listener, funny and kind. I’m also a wife and a Mum who lives in West London and I love solving problems.

It’s just something that comes naturally to me!

I worked as a PA in the corporate world for 30 years and was very happy – problem solving on a daily basis was simply part of the job.
My introduction into the world of complementary therapy is no different to many other practitioners – experiencing the benefits of a wellness programme, using natural remedies, based on me as an individual and I really thrived as a result.

I wanted to be able to offer the same approach to others and so I decided to retrain – Clinical Aromatherapy (2023), Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology (2023), Kinesiology Foundation (2024), DNAlife Certification Course – Foundation (2024), PowerUp Biophotonics (2025).

It felt like a natural step – combining something I genuinely believe in with something I’ve always been good at - solving problems.

So what I bring to this world is the instinct for looking past what I’m being presented with and delving deeper.
What
exactly am I seeing?
Why
is that happening?
How
can the outcome be changed?
For me, this is where the holistic approach and the problem-solving instinct come together.

Looking at the whole person, understanding the individual pieces and working out how they might fit together.
